Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If any goods are damaged in transit, incorrectly shipped, or defective due to faulty materials or manufacturing defects, notify us within 30 days from the date of delivery. Failure to do so within this period will be considered acceptance of the goods.

2. Terms and Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
  • All items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Use a shipping method with tracking information for returns.
  • Sale items or gift certificates are non-refundable.
  • Damage or loss caused by customers will not be refunded.

3. General Returns Procedure:

  • Initiate a return by emailing us with photos and/or videos of the items and your order number.
  • Our customer service will review your request within 3 business days.
  • If your return is approved, you will receive the return address and instructions.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and requires a signature, as we are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.

4. Return Costs:

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect products or quality issues), we will issue a full refund.
  • If the return is due to the buyer's error (e.g., disliking the item or ordering the wrong size), the buyer must cover the shipping costs.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies if the return is for reasons such as disliking the item or ordering the wrong size.

5. Damages and Problems:

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess and resolve the issue.

6. Exchanges:

For a faster exchange process, return the unwanted item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Cancel Order:

  • Orders can be canceled if we are contacted in time after the purchase.
  • If the payment is completed but the package has not been shipped, the order can be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once the package has been shipped.

8. Refunds:

  • Allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Credit/debit card refunds may take 5-7 business days.
  • PayPal or Apple Pay refunds may take 1-3 business days.

10. Curtains:

For any issues, review our returns policy and work with us for a resolution before initiating a dispute. We recommend ordering a sample brochure or sample before purchasing custom curtains to ensure they meet your needs.
